"The Swinger" under-cabinet knife storage block is made of solid oak. It swings with the touch of a finger, and keeps knives at finger tips. Takes no counter space. Magnetic strips hold the knives securely. Nine slots hold up to 8 knives plus sharpening steel. It will accommodate up at a 10" blade. This knife block comes with an attached spacer to attach to the shelf above. Template and self-threading screws included. The size of this knife block is 7" wide x 10" deep x 2" high. The measurements of the slots are: one slot 2-3/16" long x 1/4" wide; one slot 1-1/2" long x 3/16" wide; one slot 1-1/8" x 3/16" wide; two slots 1-1/4" long x 3/16" wide' three slots 7/8" long x 1/8" wide; and one 1/2" square slot for a sharpening steel.
