Forschner six piece garnishing kit in a black canvas roll. Contains vegetable peeler, decorating knife, fruit decorator (also called a melon decorator, channel knife, melon baller, and lemon zester. All the stainless steel garnishing tools have black Fibrox handles.
The flap fastens with velcro, and a tied ribbon holds the rolled kit closed. The rolls measures 8" wide and 14" high (including the flap) when open, and 3" x 9" when rolled shut. In the photo, the flap is folded back behind the tools.
This Victorinox product, which is made in Switzerland, has been marketed in the U.S. under the R.H. Forschner brand name since 1937. As of 2009, it is now being sold in the U.S. under the Victorinox brand name. It was Forschner 46550, and is now Victorinox 46550.
