This Global spatula has a 6" (15 cm) blade and measures 10-1/4" in overall length. Global spatulas and knives are crafted by hand in Niijata, Japan. The blades utilize molybdenum/vanadium stainless steel, ice tempered and hardened to Rockwell C 56-58 degrees. The slim Global design aids mobility and is comfortable for the smaller hand. The handle is welded to make a totally seamless tool, and smooth contours assure the ultimate in hygiene. The textured handle gives a positive grip even when the hand is wet.
