Heimerdinger Cutlery is not responsible for mistyped, misspelled, or otherwise incorrect address information. If a package is returned to us due to one of these problems, we will contact you via e-mail to confirm. If no response is received, we will restock items at a 10% restocking fee and refund the balance. Please utilize the payment confirmation page and email to double and triple check your Checkout information.

All domestic (USA) orders totaling more than $100 will be shipped free of charge (does not apply to international orders). All other domestic orders ship for $7.75.

All Canada and Mexico orders will ship for $18.00.

For all other locations, you must either place your order and we will email you with the final shipping total, or you may call our store for an exact quote.
