These Mundial classic chrome-plated 8" bent shears are "true" left-hand scissors with blades that are completely re-oriented for the lefty, as opposed to only contouring the handles for the left hand. They are professional quality, hot forged and manufactured to quality standards. They have durable performance for industrial sewing.
These left hand scissors have knife-edge blades, which means the lower blade has been ground to a 40-45 degree bevel for a greatly enhanced cutting sharpness. This Mundial knife edge features a precision cut blade that glades through multiple layers of fabric easily and cleanly to the very tip.
These are bent (offset) shears, which are designed for cutting on a flat surface such as a table. They are appropriate for general dressmaking sewing for all weight fabrics of natural and synthetic fibers. These scissors are also excellent for general household use. They measure 8" in overall length, and have a 3-1/2" length of cut. They come with a free black plastic safety sheath for the blades.
