They measure 11" overall (they used to be 10") with chrome plated blades and black enamel handles, with the patented SET-EASY® pivot. They are hot drop forged, which makes the metal harder so the scissor stays sharp longer. The bent or off-set handle is designed for cutting on a table. Made in Columbia.
