Product Description:

Wiss 1DSN is an 8-1/2" heavy duty straight shears used extensively in the poultry industry and for other industrial uses. The total length 8-1/2", and the blade length is 3-1/4". They are hot drop forged, since forging makes the metal harder so the scissor stays sharp longer. They are made from carbon steel with nickel-plated blades and handle. They have the patented SET-EASY® pivot, and have a new enlarged lower ring for added comfort. Made in Italy. The old product number is #58010/223371.
