Dovo (Solingen) Folding Scissors with a leather sheath are a quality, precision-made scissors  forged in Solingen, Germany.  This is a sharp-pointed, embroidery-size scissor which folds up to protect the points and for safe transportation. These scissors have double sharp points. The entire scissor stores nicely in a fitted leather sheath. Forging makes the metal harder so the scissor stays sharp longer.  The handles and outer surfaces of the blades are nickel plated for many years of beautiful service.  They measure 2-1/8" when folded, and 4" unfolded. The blade length is 1".

The Solingen Shavette from Dovo  is a disposable blade straight razor made in Solingen, Germany. The Shavette works like a straight razor, but the blade can be changed as it becomes dull.  The removable plastic sleeve firmly holds the razor blade.  Any Shavette can hold either a red sleeve or a black sleeve.  The black sleeve holds the 2-1/2" German-style longer blade.  The red sleeve holds the  "Gillette" size short blade which is approximately 1-1/2 inches long.
