These quality 3-1/2" stainless steel Dovo cuticle scissors have a satin finish.  They have small finger rings and thin curved blades with fine tips.

Because these cuticle nippers are stainless steel, they will not rust in moist conditions and can be sterilized. However, they might be more properly termed "stain resistant," since they could possibly stain under greatly adverse conditions. The stains are not rust, and will not affect their quality performance.

The cuticle scissor measures 3-1/2" in total length, and the blades cut 3/4". Compared to a nail scissors, these cuticle scissors are smaller and more delicate, with a tiny screw that may loosen and even break if the scissors are used to cut fingernails. Nail scissors are sturdy, with a larger, stronger screw and shank.

These cuticle scissors are forged by Dovo in Solingen, Germany. Forging makes the metal harder so the scissors stay sharp longer.(Inexpensive cuticle scissors are made from soft metal that will not hold an edge.)

These quality cuticle scissors have a screw and are adjustable, and can be fine-tuned when that becomes necessary. (Inexpensive cuticle scissors are often riveted, and cannot be adjusted.)
