ULU Set:
Alaskan ULU with Alaska Birch handle manufactured by The
ULU Factory in Anchorage, Alaska. The ulu minces herbs, chops carrots and
other vegetables and nuts, and slices
cheese, pizza and meat. Also cleans and fillets fish and dresses game. The
ulu is boxed with a block and bowl combination. The laminated board can be
used for cutting on the back and chopping in the bowl. The ulu comes
with a wood stand, as shown.
